Resolution:-

  • Under agenda no.1 the minutes of previous meeting held on 27 /09/2018 were confirmed.
  • Under the agenda no. 2 it was proposed byI/C Principal Ms. Oneza Farid that respective department will prepared their calendar and submit it to the IQAC. It was further proposed that IQAC Member will prepare AcademicCalendar for the academic year 2019-20 and submit it to general office. It was seconded by Ms. Shifa Vinchu and unanimously passed.
  • Under the agenda no. 3 it was proposed by I/C Principal Oneza Farid that examination committee will take care of the upcoming examination and appointed Ms. Momin Fareha and Momin Nargis as Exam coordinator. It was seconded by Ms. Roohi Farid and unanimously passed.

Resolution:-

  • Under agenda no.1 the minutes of previous meeting held on07 /08/2018 were confirmed.
  • Under the agenda no. 2 it was proposed by Ms. VinchuShifa Jahangir the NAAC coordinator that the AQAR for the academic year 2017 -18 should be uploaded on college website and then submits to the NAAC.
  • Under the agenda no. 3 it was proposed by Ayesha Shaikh that every department should organized field trip or industrial visit to get firsthand knowledge and better understanding of the subject it was seconded by I/C Principal OnezaFarid and unanimously passed.
  • According to the new framework of NAAC, The Principal and NAAC coordinator informed the members to organize a Faculty Development Program (FDP) and workshop on Academic and Administrative Audit on 9th January 2019. It was further proposed by I/C Principal OnezaFarid that KeyaaMukharjeee from Nanavati College should be invited as guest Speeker for Academic and Administrative Audit. It was seconded by MadooShagufta and unanimously passed.
  • OnezaFarid (I/C Principal)Informed the members to organized multidisciplinary nationallevel seminar on “World environment and Society” on 22nd January2019 in college auditorium. It was seconded by MrAffanFaridand unanimously passed.
  • Under the agenda no. 4it was proposed by MsShifaVinchu that every department should organized field trip or industrial visit to get firsthand knowledge and better understanding of the subject it was seconded by I/C Principal OnezaFarid and unanimously passed.
  • Under the agenda no. 5 it was proposed by Ms. VinchuShifa that as per the university circular the convocation ceremony should be organized for graduate students. I/CPrincipalOnezaFarid proposed that convocation ceremony will be organized in second week of February and it was further proposed to invite eminent Guest for the ceremony.It was seconded by MsRoohiJavedFaridand unanimously passed.

Resolution:-

  • Confirming the minutes of previous meeting.
  • Under the agenda no. 2 it was proposed by Ms. Vinchu Shifa Jahangir the NAAC coordinator that the  Curricular Aspects:-
  • Introduction of new short courses in the college campus.
  • To start advanced computer courses such as Robotics, C+++ and Tally.
  • Consultations are done with industry / Employment Sector in the curriculum development process.
  • Curriculum frame / design should meet global needs, quality dimension and heritage.

II Teaching, Learning & Evaluation:-

  • Organizing field trips, camps, hospitals, botanical garden, industrial visits, museum, art gallery and zoological parks which give an overall practical approach to the theory.
  • Providing student’s with skill development programme.
  • Organizing more state, National and International level paper Presentation / Workshop / Seminars.
  • In calculating research culture in students & staff.
  • Online feedback system should be implement.
  • Students feedback is very essential component of any system and provides and opportunity to gives voice to their ideas.Students are also ask to give their feedback in an abstract manner which give introspection from its stakeholder.
  • The procedure and program should be transparent and easy.

III Research Innovation:-

  • Encourage and promote research culture.
  • Institution facilities faculty to undertake research by providing research funds.
  • Initiate research by collaborating with other research organization / industry.
  • Participation in extension activity.
  • Collaboration with NGO in extension activity.
  • Promote extension activities and provide reorganization and award for research and extension activity.
  • Motivating student and staff for participating, publication and Research work.
  • Organizing workshops, orientation programs and refresher courses Subject wise.
  • Research facilities should be provided for the teachers working under unaided institution.
  • The UGC should give some funds and aid  to women’s unaided institution for research work.

IV Infrastructure and Learning Resources:-

  • Institution provides necessary facilities for class room, Laboratories and library.
  • Additional facilities for sports and curricular activities are provide such as auditorium and sports ground etc. 
  • Access and use of library, facilities such reading room, computers, internet access should be provided for students and staff.

IT:-

  • Institution provides adequate computer facilities.
  • Institution updates websites regularly.

V Students Support and Progression:-

  • Makes efforts to reduce the dropout rates.
  • Progression of students should be monitored.
  • Student’s welfare measures such as scholarships, free ship should be provided.
  • Organizing cultural activities for students.
  • Students participation in State, National and International Level Sports Events.
  • Students participation in State, National and International Level Cultural Events.

VI Governance, Leadership & Management:-

  • Institution follows good practices for sustainable governance and leadership.
  • Optimal utilization of budget.
  • Institution should initiate self finance courses.

VII Institutional Values & Best Practices:-

  1. Institution promotes improving teaching learning process and preomotion of research culture among staff and atudents.
